This can apply to a variety of pain. I have struggled with physical pain the past few months and sometimes I just want to give up. The exercises that are to help me take too much time, they hurt or any excuse will work to quit. Yet I don’t give up, I keep going, one day after another, believing one day it will all be worth it and I will be stronger than ever before. Never give up!
