The Pain You Feel Today is the Strength You Feel Tomorrow

“The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there is opportunity for growth.”


This can apply to a variety of pain. I have struggled with physical pain the past few months and sometimes I just want to give up. The exercises that are to help me take too much time, they hurt or any excuse will work to quit. Yet I don’t give up, I keep going, one day after another, believing one day it will all be worth it and I will be stronger than ever before. Never give up!
