I heard Mark Burnett, producer of “Survivor,” speaking on the radio this morning. He was talking about the Christians being slaughtered in the Middle East because they won’t deny their faith.
There are horrific crimes being committed, including crucifixion, rape, enslaving women and children. Red paint sprayed on the doors of Christian homes lets the terrorists know exactly who to target.
Originally, Secretary of State John Kerry leaned toward calling this genocide, but now it appears that he is backpedaling – yes, it is a bad time for Christians, there but not enough to call it genocide.
Burnett told how because the world did nothing in the 1930’s, the holocaust happened.
We can’t in good conscious keep quiet any longer. We must not remain passive.
Hillary Clinton even said she is sure there is enough evidence now that they are trying to wipe out that population.
Burnett speculated that perhaps the State Department doesn’t want to declare this a genocide because that requires them to take action.
Not acting shows the ISIS murderers that they can get away with it because no one will step in to stop them. They need to be caught and charged with war crimes.
Bill Clinton refused to declare genocide in Rwanda. Colin Power declared genocide in Darfur.
What country claims to be Christian wouldn’t help Christians?
Burnett said that 200 bipartisan members of the House of Representatives have all called the murders genocide, including Nancy Pelosi. Join with them and be heard. Stand up at this time and stop the crucifixions – stop the genocide. This is the least we can do for our brothers and sisters.
March 17 is the day Kerry has to decide whether or not to declare the murders genocide.
