Exercise for Mind and Body

EXERCISE!  Exercise gives you more energy.  Exercise increases your stamina and strength.  Exercise improves your heart and lung efficiency.  Exercise gives your body greater resistance to disease, stress, anxiety and fatigue.

In a time crunch?  Walking 10 minutes, 3 times a day is not only good for your blood pressure, it’s also a great time to unwind, reflect, focus on your breathing and your ability to relax.

Another benefit is you maybe inspiring others to do the same thing, at times without knowing it!
